Overall an amazing trip to the southern Caribbean. Ship was clean and the food was really good most of the time. Good points, rooms with Balconies, friendly Service and activities! Entertainment was fantastic. Fairly good value! Customer Service Desk had a few people having a hard time with English and Spanish. Casino tourneys waste of money and not well explained. Stick to the regular games. We were supposed to sit with other honeymoon couples but sat with many other people out of our age group. Made dinner a bit uncomfortable with conversations. The staff on the Serenade of the Seas Royal Caribbean Alaska cruise were very hospitable and friendly. If there is anything you want or need, they will do all they can to accommodate you.
There was a small menu selection for the formal dining, and I personally felt that the cruise was a couple of days too long. Maybe it was just me, but by the 5th day I was getting sick of the ship.
The Royal Caribbean, Serenade of the Seas Alaska Cruise was out first cruise, and it will not be our last! Royal Caribbean took great care of us, and every person on the ship was working hard to make sure this was a cruise of a lifetime. Thank you to all the Royal Caribbean staff! See you next year!
