Fantastic Service, all staff go out of thier to help and serve you. Lots of hierarchy though, but a ship this size it is no wonder. Rooms very spacious and clean, had issues with the 4 berth options as stipulated 4 single bed option not bed settee. 4 days of hell arguing and without a bed, dont expect a quick solution as has to go thrrough Miami HQ. Beds could be uncomfortable for tall people as bottom is rounded. Loads of storage space everywhere, en suite good but variable water power in cabins we had booked 6 cabins. Food good but not fantastic choice in main restaurant, mostly salmon, chicken, steak, vegetarean option. Ask for extra veg. Lunch also restrictive. Could they be steering you to the paying restaurants? Windjammer has lots more choice, baked ham or pork loin for breakfast yum yum. If you are a Vegetarean beware, they do not cater for you. Cross contamination with servers from both staff and self service. Extrememely limited options in restaurant, one meal consisted of plate of plain steamed veg, peas, runner beans and brocolli ! On complaining to head chef finely had a decent meal and a choice. Midnight feast in Athens with the White Night, this was not advertised as such but really good spread.
Shows a mix, fantastic headliners and Ice shows but some from RC's singers and dancers poor. Entertainment generally good with family activites, ballroom dancing, ice skating, inline skating, golf, etc etc even scrapbook classes and napkin/towel folding something for everyone ! Great jacuzzi's that are open most of the night, bliss soaking under the stars.
Negatives, no iron, no tea or coffee in room but Room service great, even at 3am. They dont even wait for a tip as many others lines do. Loved the free water everywhere.
Gambling is a big thing on board even encouraging children to gamble, would you believe that parents can cap thier children's spending on all purchases except the gambling machines where they can run up quite a bill. Mid ages kids are forced to go through them to reach their club. Totally wrong.
Travelled around independanlty so cant comment on excursions but same prices as other lines.
Would I go again, yes definatly.
