I reserved a cruise for my family In April of 2008. I reserved two rooms my daughter and her husband in one room and myself and the three grandkids in the other. We went to do the on line check out before the cruise and found out they had moved my daughter to another room after the reservations were made.
When I called to complain about this I was told they had already booked her room to someone else. They tried to get the
people in her room to move else where but they refused. When I asked them how are you going to resolve this I was told you can cancel your cruise. I had saved for years to take my family on a cruise and was very up set to be told this.
As of yet, they have not offered to make any adjustments.
BE CAREFUL WHEN MAKING YOUR RESERVATIONS AS YOU DON'T KNOW WHERE YOU WILL END UP. THIS WAS ON A ROYAL CARIBBEAN CRUISE LINE TO MEXICO. ALL THE PAPER WORK I HAVE SHOWS HER ROOM NUMBER ON IT BUT THEY SOME HOW MOVED THEM ELSE WHERE.
