We sailed on The Brilliance of the Seas from Barcelona in August for twelve nights round the Med and into the Greek Isles. This was our first time on the Radiance Class of ship and we were not disappointed. The casual dining in The Windjammer was particularly impressive with 'oceans' of space! You could eat inside in the air conditioning, but also there was an area with large comfy wicker couches and tables, as well as an open seating area on the back of the ship. Even on days at sea when everyone wants to eat at the same time there was always plenty of seating available at any time. It was a great experience sailing through the Straits of Messina (there and back) and even though we could not tender at Mykonos because of strong winds, the captain decided to sail immediately for Kusadasi and so we had a night a in port, which for us was a new experience. All in all a marvellous cruise - great ship and great itinerary
Quality of Food4
Breakfast and lunch in casual dining - evening meal in restaurant

Some really good 'star acts' with a good number suitable for British audience. The Beatlemaniacs brought the house down.

We tend to do our own thing in the ports of call, but the choice of tour was good

The cabin steward was extremely efficient and unobtrusive.

Onboard Activities3
Good choice but we don't get involved.

We are hoping to do ythis cruise early next year as we are unable to ge tto the caribean this year. I totally agree with your comments about the Brilliance this ship and The Jewel are our favourites. We have been on Brilliance three times and have treid the Freedom,Navigator and Independence and they are excellent as well andRCL ae raising their standards in Europe to match the increased competition and it is working. I am not going on the Oasis it is too big!!!
