Going on Independence of the Seas next year. Do many men wear tuxedos on the formal nights ?

Hi, the simple answer is do what you want. No one really cares if I’m honest it’s very relaxed. But it is nice to see everyone in their tux.

I'm just back fron the Med. Superb ship. Booked again for next year.
You can be as formal or as informal as you like. The windjammer has round the clock buffet food so on formal nights ( 2 or 3) you can dine here if you do not want to wear a tuxedo. We only dined once in the diningroom because the Winjammer food is excellent and available at any time. It was the same on the Navigator of the Seas last year.

Simple Answer is Yes!!! The norm is Tux for men formal dress for ladies..
Lounge suit is accepted but I found on another cruise when I did this I was in the minority.. Happy Cruising
