Q:
Hi - our travel documents have arrived for IOTS mini cruise to Cork in August and they state the boarding will begin from 2pm. Can anybody that has been on this cruise say whether you can board earlier?
Thanks

I too will be on this mini cruise. You can often get aboard much earlier than the advertised boarding time, just remember that you do not have an automatic right to board early. My advice would be to aim for boarding at noon which should allow enough time for ship Customs clearance and disembarkation of the previous trips passengers. Whatever you decide just make sure you are not LATE.

Hi Gail,
Thanks for posting this question. I was just about to ask the same thing! We are travelling on the same cruise with our 11 year old daughter and 9 year old son. We are starting to get excited now!
Best wishes, Samantha.

Hi Samantha, I know its school holidays but I was wondering how many children would be on board. We are travelling with our 2 boys aged 12 & 9 so maybe they might meet up in the Adventure Ocean club.

Thank Alan, will try my luck and try and get on as soon as possible. Can you tell me is the Casino was open during this cruise. I have seen posts on here saying that the casino doesn't open if the boat remains in British waters and did you enjoy this mini cruise. Any advice or tips would be appreciated, this is our first cruise and we are travelling with our 2 boys aged 12 and 9.
