Yes you can wear jeans in the windjammer & johnny rockets. People wore smart jeans in Chops grille & it wasnt a problem! You should be able to relax while your on holiday.

Please don't wear jeans. You are on a cruise and part of that wonderful tradition is to make an effort and dress up and look smart. You can wear jeans all year, but you are on a cruise for a short time. It really annoys us that etiquette and decorum is being lost and we feel it is disrespectful to wear jeans when others make the effort to look nice. We have nothing against jeans - we wear them often, but let's keep cruising special. By the way the official evening dress code is no jeans in the restaurants, same as no shorts, vests etc. It would be lovely if everyone abided by this.
