RCC have several dining options - The main dining rooms (which are usually good but restrictive on dinning times) the windjammer cafe/Jade oriental cafe which are self-serve buffet restaurants. They also have 2 fine dining restaurants - chops grill and Portofino which a cover charge applies ($20 pp I think) for over 14 year olds and Johnny Rockets which also has a cover charge of $3.50 pp(?). You do not pay for food just the cover charge
